As our services include personalized assessments, time-bound engagements, and instant digital access, refund and cancellation terms vary by service category.

1.1 Refund Policy
Once a consultation—online or in-person—has been successfully completed, it is non-refundable.
1.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Missed appointments without prior notice are considered non-refundable.
1.3 Session Validity
If a consultation includes follow-up sessions, these must be utilized within the validity period communicated at the time of booking. Sessions not used within this period will lapse.
Nutrition programs (including weekly or monthly plans, lifestyle interventions, and wellness challenges) involve customized planning and continuous professional support.
2.1 Refund Policy
Once a program has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
Program fees are non-transferable to another individual.
2.2 Session Adjustments
If a client chooses to discontinue a program mid-way:
Remaining sessions may be rescheduled within the same calendar month,
Subject to the nutritionist’s availability.
Any unused sessions after the program validity period will be automatically forfeited.

3.1 Non-Refundable Nature
All digital products are deemed delivered and consumed immediately upon purchase. Therefore:

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted

4.1 Order Confirmation
All hampers are freshly curated and may involve customization.
4.2 Refund Policy
Once a hamper has been prepared or dispatched, it is non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for changes in preference or decision.
4.3 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Missing components

Clear photographs of the issue

Refunds, if applicable, are provided solely at the discretion of Aahar Vigyaani and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Order or booking ID
Reason for request
Supporting proof (if applicable)
Incomplete or insufficient requests may not be processed.
If a refund is approved:
